Processing & Shipping
Each Ka&Co piece is thoughtfully prepared for you order. Processing times may vary depending on the item and will be shown on the individual product page.
Once your orden ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KA&Co Jewelry.
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship your item back within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Because they are made especially for you, custom or personalized orders and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because custom and personalized pieces are created especially for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To find your best fit, measure your wrist snugly with a soft measuring tape or a piece of string, then choose your preferred fit:
• Snug fit: add ¼ inch
• Comfortable fit: add ½ inch
• Loose fit: add ¾–1 inch

Each KA&Co piece is handcrafted using natural gemstones, making every piece beautifully unique.
Because gemstones are created by nature, slight variations in color, shape, size, and texture are completely normal and are part of what makes your jewelry one of a kind.
Small variations may also occur in handcrafted pieces, reflecting the individual character of jewelry made by hand.
