Items Ineligible for Returns or Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale

   •Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange Policy Cont.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your bracelet to begin an exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges and should ship within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any difference in price, plus shipping on the new piece.

Sizing Details

To find your bracelet size, please measure your wrist carefully with a soft tape measure, around your wrist, between your wrist bone and hand. If you don't have the proper tape measure, use a piece of string or paper and then lay that out on a ruler.

 

For 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm beads; add .5 inches for snug fit, .75 inches for a just right fit, or 1-inch for loose fit.

If you are in-between sizes, I always suggest sizing up.
